A Little About Me 🤍

 

Hi, I’m Leah.

 

I’ve been part of the beauty industry since 2011, and over the years I’ve been lucky enough to experience it from almost every angle.

I’ve worked from home, been part of a team as an employee, and spent nine years building and running my own salon.

Every stage has taught me something different—not just about treatments, but about people.

 

One thing I’ve always loved is learning, improving and sharing what I’ve learnt with others. Whether it was introducing products I genuinely believed in, training in lashes and brows, or regularly upskilling my own team, helping others grow has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

LM Lash & Beauty was created from that passion.

 

It started as a place to share products and education I truly believed in—things I used every day and was proud to recommend.

 

Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to visit salons throughout New Zealand and overseas. Every experience, both the exceptional ones and the ones that missed the mark, reinforced something I kept coming back to.

 

The little things matter.

Those moments stay with us long after the treatment is over.
